One thing clear regarding textbooks that you buy to learn a language is

that having the best guitar itself does not make you a good guitarist. 

Having the best football shoes itself does not make a good football player. 

You are the one that needs to take action to get better at a language. 

It is all up to you. 

Preparing more plates and serving them to customers make you a good cook 

and playing more in game makes you a good athlete.

A language learning follows the same path.

You need to grow by speaking and writing massively and consistently by yourself.

Textbooks, teachers, dictionaries, your classmates, YouTubers will stand by you.

However, 

you are the one to grow by utilizing those resources.
